No: Everyone needs to be familiar with early recognition of melanoma. Beyond this, other skin cancers are bumps that are not energencies. Your space heater will not give you cancer. A new rash is not skin cancer. Get seen if there is no improvement over two weeks. If this rash developed when you started a new medication, contact the prescribing physician.
