Maybe normal, or not: To put this into context also requires knowing your total WBC (white blood cell count). Perhaps you have a perfectly adequate number of neutrophils - a "normal range" is just a population average. Eosinophils help fight certain types of infection (parasites), but can also be high in allergic disease, and other rare conditions. Teardrop RBC is interesting. Please see a hematologist.
