Bile acid reflux?: If you're saying that you have bile acid reflux, there are medications available that can either absorb the aberrant bile acids or can promote the forward flow of bile. Each of these has their positives and negatives. These should be discussed with your Gastroenterologist.

I was diagnosed with duodenogastric bile reflux gastritis (seen on endoscopy). Prior to this, had open abd surgeon. I had a second surgery that showed excessive adhesions connecting liver to the stomach. Could adhesions have caused the bile relfux?
