Considerations...: ...include (to name just a few concerns): progressive stenosis of the gut due to scar tissue, early flare with luminal (phenobarbital) narrowing, overuse of narcotic analgesia with gut paralysis. At the very least, see your doctor and get an examination & x-ray.
