Try alcohol: Benzalkonium chloride is an aqueous solution that might get inside your electric razor and cause some damage. Take off the head, clean off the hair and debris with a cotton tip applicator and use 70 or 91 percent alcohol to clean the parts that contact your skin. Allow to dry and you should be back in sterile business with shaving.
