See your doctor: The pins/needles feeling could certainly be from decreased blood flow, as could the blue color you see. You are on several medications for blood pressure, so I recommend you see your doctor to check the pulses in your feet, and see if you need an adjustment to your medication, or to see if there is another cause of your symptoms. Go soon.
