Neurologist: This may indicate spinal cord pathology in the lower spine. Since parasthesia occur in both feet a midline bulging disc or cyst pressing on the spinal cord itself or primary spinal cord inflammation or a demyelinating disorder may be the problem. I recommend an evaluation by a neurologist. An MRI and EMG may be ordered as part of the evaluation.
