Get it out: This could be any of several fairly common ovarian tumors. One of the most likely -- a mucinous cystadenoma -- may be predominantly benign but harbor a bit of cancer. No way to tell. I understand you're getting it out and that's a good thing -- you'll probably be okay. Best wishes.
