Left ovary measures 4.0 x 4.0 x 3.9 cm. there is a complex cystic structure 3.7x3.3x3.0 cm. and internal daughter cyst . 9mm leiomyoma can it bcancer?

Depends: Probably not at your age. In general when we look at sonograms there is a comment on if something looks suspicious or if there is a lot of fluid. You need to follow up with your md. (leiomyoma =fibroid a very common benign finding, and 9 mm is tiny).
