Check thyroid: Thinning hair can be a problem of diet, stress or plain old bad luck (hereditary). But occasionally it is the result of hormonal imbalance, such as abnormal thyroid levels, which you can have a simple blood test to assess. If the thyroid is normal, then focus on your diet, by getting plenty of healthy fruits and veggies. Get enough sleep each night and try to reduce stress. Good luck!
