Circumcision : At age 15 years it is done under general anaestethia . It is painful in . Good luck the beginning but I'm sure the doctor will give him something for pain .

Pain/general=yes: He would be asleep for the procedure in most facilities and develop pain during the recovery. period. The docs would provide guidance on pain control.
