Maybe vitiligo: If the area is paler than the surrounding skin with a well-demarcated border, you may have a patch of vitiligo. This is nothing to worry about. You may get other patches, in asymmetric pattern, on your body. It can happen anywhere. If the area is darker than the normal skin, it could be irritation from your clothes or even from the metal in your belt buckle. Show your doctor next time you go.
