Facial Flushing: 38 year old lady with concern of facial flushing. Please see your MD for a full exam. When did this flushing start? There is actually a wide diagnostic differential for facial flushing and a full exam should be performed with a careful medical history. Some causes are menopause, niacin , physiologic flushing (blushing), Carcinoid Syndrome, Polycythemia, drugs, EtOH, allergic reactions. Good luck.
