My 13 yr old daughter got her first ever period on jan 6th 2016. it is now march 6th, 2 months have passed by and still no period? is this normal?

For the first 2 years of getting periods, "anything goes," meaning some girls start having regular periods right away, but many, if not most, skip periods during that time.
