A member asked:

Why would i have ruq pressure and fullness from time to time with no gallbladder present any longer?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

RUQ pressure: If your gallbladder has been removed, then you may be having problem with the gallbladder sphincter of oddi, or reflux that is felt in the RUQ. Some have this type problem after cholecsytectomy. If it is quite bothersome then you can see an M.D. for further workup of it. Nothing alarming in what you are saying though.
