Groin lump: Evaluation by your physician is necessary. It could be a hernia, an abscess, a cyst, a lymph node. Treatment depends on the cause.

Check with your doc: Needs to be checked by your doc. Could be a lymph node which may or may not indicate underlying disease. Better be safe.
