Usually the reverse: A person with an expanding hemorrhage deep in the brain will first feel nauseated, then throw up, then maybe die of the hemorrhage. The family may think the person's hemorrhage was caused by throwing up. Occasionally a berry aneurysm ruptures during delivery of a baby, but the straining of common vomiting is much less and would be unlikely to rupture anything. If you have a loss, i'm sorry.
