Go see your doctor: Pantaloc is not a brand sold here in the states. By searching online, it appears to be a brand of pantoprazole, a proton pump inhibitor (ppi) which is a very effective drug to control stomach acid. Zantac (ranitidine) is an h2 blocker which is a less effective means of decreasing stomach acid. You didn't mention how long you'd been taking pantaloc which usually works in a few days. Go see your family doctor.
