Can not quantify: Subchorionic hematoma are quite common in the first trimester. Most will resolve on their own. The miscarriage risk is higher in those with a SCH. It is also higher with advanced maternal age. There is not a treatment to prevent miscarriage in this circumstance. I wish you the best outcome possible.
