Diabetic: You are not "diabetic" - you have diabetes and you can/should work to get rid of it. I strongly recommend that you have a diabetes specialist nurse to get you on the right track. It may take several months but gradually you will get rid of your diabetes and you will let all your family and friends know. Your heart problem needs follow up with a heart specialist!
