No: Strictly speaking 'gastritis' can only be defined on the basis of biopsies. The 'itis suffix indicates inflammation. This can have many causes: i cannot think of any that cause green stool.

No: Gastritis is inflammation of the stomach lining. This may be caused by medications such as aspirin, or by an infection associated with ulcers, h. Pylori. I am not aware of any associations between gastritis and diarrhea.

Not necessarily.: All stool starts out green in the small bowel. If it goes through the large bowel too quickly to oxidize, it can stay green.
