Sumatriptan injections for cluster headaches, does that interact with zofran (ondansetron)? & does sumatriptan also have the ability to prevent nausea and vomiting?

Imitrex (sumatriptan) & zofran: Should not. see http://www.rxlist.com/drug-interactions/significant-index/ondansetron-hcl-oral.htm Imitrex is a vasoconstrictor and is not for nausea. it should not be used with ergotimine or SSRI/SRNI ( prozac (fluoxetine) class). f/u w/doc

No interaction: Wanted to clarify your questions as I seriously doubt you have cluster headaches, which occur in middle aged men, and is a very specific syndrome. Secondly, you would do far better taking a preventative agent to obviate the need for injections which have risk of stroke or heart attack, especially if you smoke or take BCP's. Consider riboflavin, butterbur, Co-Q10.
