Try a family doc: how long have you had it? if you have had it a long time and it doesn‘t bother you, it might be a lipoma and that can be left alone. I recommend seeing a low cost primary care/family medicine doctor out of pocket to get an opinion before you look for a surgeon. if it is small, sometimes a family doc can remove it, too.
