Unlikely, but maybe: Anal itching isn't usually due to an STI -- more likely a yeast infection (thrush) or just irritation. However, sometimes genital herpes can cause it. You probably wouldn't bring up STIs unless you think you are at risk, so you definitely should get it checked out professionally. Good luck!
