Possible pinworms: Pinworms can cause significant itching in this region. Be careful not to over clean or scrub too much because soap can also irritate the area. The normal bacterial flora may have been disrupted as well. See your dr. If it doesn't resolve.

2 months ago I got sores on anus, pain and blood in stool. they went away after a week but I'm still suffering from itchy and irritated anus.
