might not help : You could take the two together but may not help. Zofran (ondansetron) is for nausea and unless you get a significant amount of this with your cycle it is of no real benefit and should not be taken. If it is mainly cramping the place to start is nsaids like Motrin , if not allergic, and then follow up with provider if no benefit.
