How do i know if i have ringworm? i bought a sweatshirt and wore it without washing and then developed dry patches which have gone away/aren't itchy

Doubt it: From the story it sounds like your body had a reaction to one of the chemicals left in the garment at production. Once it is washed out pt is likely you won't have the same reaction. Ringworm is caused by fungal spores, not found in new clothing.
