Possible: It sounds like a fungal infection (athlete foot) or ringworm. Please see a doctor, you might need oral anti fungal including topical cream.

Started about 3 months ago . Itchy hands & feet and scalp. Sometimes around eyes & wrists. Sometimes will turn red to sometimes a burning feeling.
Both feet and ankles turn red and have a burning itchy sensation mainly around my toes. The veins also bulge out and it happens mostly when standing in one spot for a while and more in the evening/night. I also sometimes feel numbness. Any ideas?
