Brown spots on hand: Can be vitamin deficiency Vit C , B12 ,anemia, liver dysfunction but most likely sun/age but usually that is after 40- unless you spend a lot of time in the sun . Depending on how they look if raised or dark irregualr, could be keratoses or lentiog or melanoma, f/u/ w/ dermatologist
