4 TIA in young: Your friend should be evaluated by a neurologist for autoimmune disease-lupus, sarcoid , hypercoagulable state, Lyme or Erlichia, or MS. This is not usual in a 21 year old . This should be done this week. if you need a neurologist go to a local urgent care or ER and ask for a referral. it is urgent.
