CVA: Yes have a follow up with your dr.Do you have high BP or diabetes or high lipids. Is heart rate regular. You need the treatment of risk factors. Sometimes treatment and anti thrombotics and physiotherapy help. Must take one asa daily.

No specific Rx: What you are describing is a residual effect of your right sided stroke. Only time will tell if your symptoms resolve or not. If symptoms persist beyond 6 months then chances of recovery are poor. Of course you need to take all the treatment precautions prescribed by your md to prevent another stroke.
