Is it ok to clean ear with bobby pin?

No: No, a bobby pin is sharp and inflexible, and could damage your eardrum if inserted into the ear canal too far. Instead, clean the ear with a moist washcloth. If you feel like there is was you're unable to get with a cloth, try an over the counter treatment to soften the wax.
