Not to worry.: Breast tenderness is quite common, for girls AND in boys during development. For many teens, breast tenderness decreases as you complete puberty. If your pain is associated with your periods, though, you may have something called "fibrocystic changes" which can be worsened by diet, such as caffeine, but this is uncommon in girls. See your pediatrician or gynecologist if it continues to worry you.
