Purple dots breast: This sounds like a broken capillary from rubbing the area of irritation. If so, it should resolve spontaneously. If it does not resolve or spreads further, see your GYN MD in person to do further evaluation. I resume this is benign. Welcome to health tap, Dr. Ivy Fisher
