Infection: This is an upper respiratory tract infection which is most likely viral which antibiotics don't help, but if symptoms linger or worsen, or if fever,chills,sweats, chest pain, wheezing or shortness of breath develop, you will need to be examined by a physician and antibiotics and a chest xray will then be needed.
