Basically can you have acute sinusitus without fever or a cough with throat glands swollen ?

Yes: Just like a m inor bacterial infection anywhere else, acute sinusitis often produces no fever or systemic troubles. And lymph nodes in the neck pop up and go away for no reason at all even in healthy folks.
