A common side effect: I am sorry for the bleeding. Unfortunately, it is a common side effect of Depo provera (medroxyprogesterone) injection. The bleeding will slow down with time, hope it will be getting better soon. Meanwhile, if it bothers you, you may take 2-4 weeks BCP, it will stop the bleeding and make your next period comes short and clean. Best wishes!
