A member asked:

Follicular hyperplasia with active germinal centre and sinus histiocytosis. level 2 cervical lymph node 2.1 x 0.9 x 0.5cm. what are the causes?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Nothing of concern: This is a benign biopsy of your lymph node. The reported changes are of no consequence. Although it is not possible to be certain about what caused these changes, infection/s in the throat(which are very common in healthy adults) is the most likely cause.
