CVID: Common variable immunodeficiency is characterized by hypogammaglobulinemia and recurrent infections. You are on gammaglobulin ie Hizentra. I would be worried about an underlying infection causing lymph node swelling. Your gammaglobulin level should be checked and cultures drawn. You may need a higher dose of Hizentra and specific treatment for an underlying infection. See your doctor.
