Usually: Congratulatins on clean living. It is a wonderful gift to yourself and perhaps your future partner. Antibiotics may clear the infection up. Or you may have pain by no infection at all -- a stool softener and/or more frequent elaculation may help. Best wishes.

I was put on levofloaxcin for prostatitis even tho all UTI test were negative.but the meds seem to be helping the burning after pee I was having in perineum. It cause headaches a lil. Could this be a fix because the bacteria just didnt show?
How can one have a bacterial prostatitis if they have never had a UTI, STI or engage in high risk sexual acts(i.e. anal sex)?
