Prostatitis: Prostatitis is a difficult infection to treat - requiring a longer course of antibiotics. However, it can be treated and assuming you have been on antibiotics for several days - the chance of you transmitting anything is very low - The prostate helps to make some of the fluids that make up the ejaculate so in theory its possible. But sex/orgasm for you may make you feel better.
