Center, front: The larynx is the location of the voice and windpipe open and closure tissue. In males it is a prominent bump on the from of the middle of the neck. It is less prominent in females. Put your thumb and forefinger in the middle of the neck in a grasping position and hum and you will feel the vibration from the larynx.
