Management of a cold: It's best to 'listen to your body' when you are sick - so in your case most likely you need SLEEP, avoidance of stress (exams?), avoidance of tobacco/alcohol, and plenty of fluids and good nutrition to optimize your body's function. SLEEP is vital - you may actually have a sleep deficit which may have allowed the virus to take hold. If fevers or troublesome symptoms develop, best to see a doctor.
