That can be done: Losing 1 pound each week is considered easily done, in the big picture of weight loss desires. One has to burn calories by any means possible (keep moving, keep moving, keep moving). One cannot eat more calories than needed, but instead must eat less calories than needed... which will make the body start using up that 100 pounds of stored fuel. It is a simple concept, but takes will-power.
