Not unusual conditio: may be due to the inter action between you skin bacteria and your normal sweat or body fluids. Eating probiotics and rubbing your hands with lemon may get rid of the condition, or mask it sufficiently. This is NOT an uncommon problem. Changing soaps may also be of help.
