? Foreign Body eye: Most likely you might have a FB in eye.And as you say you rubbed it so there can be chance of having corneal abrasion too So better is to see a MD preferably eye doctor for detail exam of eye and cornea and if FB is present t remove it. If not care in time can cause significant complication
