Hello, the lower left quadrant of my stomach hurts ( right above my hips ) and i don't know the cause.

Stomach pain: How long and do you have any associated symptoms with it? Such as diarrhea, fever, constipation, blood in stool? It might even be a pulled muscle and not your abdomen. Unfortunately this is difficult to say without examining you!
