Left upper quadrant : This painis either from the stomach or the colon - if you are constipated this may be an answer there really is not much else going on up there if it persists then consider talking with your doctor.

Get checked: It could well be coming from your stomach. Gastric (stomach) and duodenal ulcers can cause pain in this area which sometimes radiates to the back. You should be evaluated for the cause, which could also be a pancreatic, kidney, adrenal or spleen issue.
