Dry mouth; bumps: There are numerous causes of dry mouth: mouth breathing, medications, congestion, blocked nasal passages, etc. The bumps are probably normal anatomy, although they may be more prominent from the dry mouth. See your dentist and\or physician to discuss causes and for a one on one clinical evaluation just to be sure.
