See your doctor: You need a diagnosis and proper treatment. Take a picture so that your doctor can follow the timeline of this rash and she will be able to treat it mor effectively. Travel can be hard on your skin and there was probably more pollution than you are used to which can make your skin irritated. Feel and look better soon.
